A lovely looking pudding that's as healthy as it is tasty. Swap natural yoghurt for Greek yoghurt to boost protein content if preferred.
Ingredients
50 ml Yoghurt - Low Fat Natural
1 Nectarine
15 ml Orange juice
1 tsp Honey
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 / gas 4.
- Cut the nectarine in half and remove the stone.
- Place it in a baking dish and pour the orange juice over the top.
- Bake it for 10 minutes, or until it starts to caramelise.
- Stir the honey through the yoghurt and use it to top the nectarine.
