Over a 6 week period you'll work directly with me and a team of handpicked experts in a small, friendly group setting that's hosted online. How It Works
Preparation phase: one week to prep your kitchen and try out some new recipes. Meet the other women during our onboarding Zoom sessions.
The Lean Routine: a focused six week programme of recipes, exercise classes, mindset coaching and personalised nutrition, designed for busy women. With our support, you will adopt new habits and build the ultimate Lean Routine for life!
The Transition Phase: we will be here to guide you as you move forward.

You’ll learn simple strategies for balanced meals, managing cravings, and mindful eating, plus plenty of flexible recipes. It's an approach that encourages natural fat loss no matter your age or stage in life. We focus on when you eat, not just what you eat, adapting and updating intermittent fasting to enhance your results.

Movement & Mindset
When it comes to getting lean and strong, especially as we get older, small consistent actions really add up. Each week on The Lean Routine builds on the last, helping you gain strength, flexibility, and resilience, all while creating a natural, energising routine. You’ll also practice mindset techniques each week, boosting self-care, motivation, and resilience so you can overcome challenges and celebrate your progress.
