1:1 Nutrition Clinic
Nutritional Therapy is medically-oriented and involves using nutrition as a therapeutic tool to address specific health conditions or imbalances in the body such as autoimmune disease, digestive / gut health disorders, hormonal imbalances, or chronic fatigue. Read more about Nutritional Therapy
Consultations
Nutritional Therapy consultations require a minimum of 1hr per session during the initial phase. One of the key reasons the Nutritional Therapy approach works so well, often when others fail, is that time is given to understand the root causes of a health situation, rather than just approach the symptoms.
In addition to personalised nutrition, the process may include functional testing, sharing of information with current healthcare team and guidance and support around therapeutic fasts.
Getting started
A Discovery Call is required to assess the 'fit' of your health status and goals with Nutritional Therapy.
Discovery Calls take approx. 20 mins and are subject to a £50 non-refundable fee that is redeemable against any clinic programme. Where suitable, initial guidance will be given.
Onboarding consultation
The onboarding process for the clinic requires an in-depth review of your current health status prior to the creation of your comprehensive personalised plan.
Costs
Onboarding consultation - £395
Ongoing consultations - £125
