This is a recipe packed with good healthy fats and protein. You can substitute the crab meat with prawns, crayfish tails or even chicken! Use it as a dip for vegetables, add on to canapés or as the main event on your salad.
INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado
1/2 chilli
1 clove garlic
A handful parsley
1 tbs white wine vinegar
Half a lime juice
1 tbs creme fraiche
1 tin crab meat
Sea salt and pepper to taste
A drizzle of Udo's oil is lovely on this too!
Add everything except the crab meat to a food processor. Mix well. Fold in the crab meat and add to a salad or use as a dip.
