You'll enjoy the same results as our metabolic detox retreats - fast and effective fat loss, lowered inflammation, resetting cravings and rehydrating the skin - at less cost, with more flexibility. You’ll be amazed at the difference a few days can make! 

For this detox experience, the entire venue will always be dedicated to you. You can choose to retreat by yourself, or bring together group of family or friends.

How it works 

Simply request the dates you'd like to detox and we will confirm the pricing of the accommodation as this varies according to the time of year. Once we have agreed the dates, all you need to do is select a detox programme menu for each guest - don't worry, we can help you with this and can tailor a bespoke plan if needed.

About the venue 

Links Lodge is Amanda’s holiday home in North Berwick, lovingly curated to provide everything a detox experience requires, based on knowledge gained from more than twenty years of running retreats worldwide.  Links Lodge is a few minutes walk from the famous beach and a short walk from North Berwick train station with private off-road parking for two cards.. In the villa you will find:

• Two double / twin bedrooms
• One single bedroom with bunk beds 
• Two luxury shower rooms
• Utility with washer and dryer 
• Kitchen/living/dining space with a working open fire 
• Conservatory / chill out space / wellness library 
• WIFI and Smart TV 
• Detox support: Guidebook,  yoga mat, foam roller and more!  

Guest passes for the five-star Marine & Lawn Hotel are easy to purchase on a walk-in basis, a truly stunning beachside spa, just a few minutes walk away. 

Pricing

Retreat design

In addition to the accommodation and menu fee, we charge a one-off, non-refundable detox design fee of £50 per person to help cover the cost of planning and administration. 

Detox menu fee 

Menu items and specialist supplements will be stocked in the venue prior to your arrival. We have options for juice-only, typically for spring and summer, and soup only, for winter detox retreats. You can opt for a combination of both at any time. Smoothies are recommended when you will be detoxing for the first time, or if you know that you need extra sustenance, for example, if you plan to be very active, or you don't wish to lose to much weight. 

Menu cost £70 per day, per person. 

• Menu A - Daily: 4 x detox juices, herbal teas, gut health booster, and personalised supplements 
• Menu B - Daily: 4 x detox soups, herbal teas, gut health booster and personalised supplements 
• Menu C - Daily: 2 x detox juices, 2 x detox soups, herbal teas, gut health booster and personalised supplements 
• Menu C - Daily: 3 x detox smoothies, 1 x detox soup. gut health booster, herbal teas and personalised supplements 

Accommodation fee 

We have a minimum 2-night stay. 

Please note, there’s a standard cleaning fee added to all bookings. If you wish to bring a well-behaved dog (we love dogs), we will require an additional waiver, and you will be charged a slightly higher cleaning fee.
